CURRENT: The implementation of the Animals Activities Licensing
Defra have requested that CASC reviews the implementation of the Pet Vending and Animal Exhibitions sections of The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations and recommends modifications to the guidance document to enhance its clarity and effectiveness.

REPORT SUBMITTED: The keeping of Primates by private individuals
The Government has issued a call for evidence to assist with the development of a consultation on the keeping of Primates by private individuals. CASC has formed a Working Group to provide input into the process.
